Transsexualism is a condition in which an individual identifies with a physical sex different from the one they were born with. A medical diagnosis can be made if a person experiences discomfort as a result of a desire to be a member of the opposite sex, or if a person experiences impaired functioning or distress as a result of that gender identification.

Assalamualaikum and hello my friends..My name's Nurul Shahida Bte Mohamad Zaki, Syida for short. I'm 21 years old. I want to share about my life and my dreams for the future with you all. I was born at Hospital Tanjong Karang. My birthday on August 30th. I have 5 sibling, 2 brothers and 2 sisters. I love my family so much. My father is working as a businessman and my mother is a housewife. My hobby is reading books, watching television and hang out with my friends. I like reading about love story. My favorite food is chicken rise. I like my mother's cooking because it's delicious. At the moment, i'm in my second year at National University of Malaysia in social work cost. I have big plan's and i'd like to tell you a bit about them. Right now, i plan to obtain a master's degree in psikology because i like to help people to solve their problem. I want to be successful in life ang i hope my dream will become a reality.. Insyaallah..... ;-)

salam and hello everyone... i want to share with you all a little bit about myself... my name is noor rulhuda bt hashim... just call me nurul.. i'm 25 years old.. i was born at teluk intan perak.. i have 9 siblings and i are number 7.. i have 4 sisters, 2 brothers, 1 younger brother and 1 younger sister.. and i have 6 nephews and 3 nieces.. i like tomyam and chicken soup... my hobby is reading all romantic novels, hang out with my friend and sometimes i learns how to improve my cooking skills.. in UKM i'm study in Social Work Proggrame.. but before that i study at malacca in diploma Counselling proggrame.. i like to help people to solve their problem and i'm are good listener to everyone who want to share their problem with me.. mu future plan, of course i want to finish my study and i want to find any work suitable with my degree.. after that, i want to open my own welfare house only for old people.. i hope i can achive my plan and starting from now i try to improve myself in study and in my life.. i hope i can be my parent happy and proud at me.. just it all about myself..

My name is siti aminah binti jalaluddin. I was born in pengkalan hulu,perak. My favorite food are laksa penang,mee curry,tomyam and fried chicken rice. I also like chocolate and vanilla. I've six sibling and i the first daughter.
I'm studying a social work course and why i choose this course because i would like to help other peoples who need my help to solve their problem and in the other situation, i can improve my communication skills with other peoples.

i was born in Batu Pahat Johor and i'm a pure Johorian girl..hihi
em..my favorite foods are tom yam,kampung fried rice and ayam masak merah..huhu..yummy2..
then my favorite drinks all type of chocolate such as milo,ovaltine,vico and hot chocolate..i'm also very interested with chocolate..huhu..
i've three siblings and all of us are girls and i'm the first daughter..
why i choose the social work course??
the first impression when i got this course, i feltso happy cause i can further my study to university, but i don't know what is social work is..however, now i feel that this course is very interesting!
i like it!!..i like to help other peoples to solve their problem..such a problem that maybe my future client will face is abuses, unmarried mothers, handicapped, aged peoples, the poor, transsexual and many more..i've to learn and know the skill to solve the casses that i'll face..ok thats about why i choose this course and how my first impression when i got this course and what i feel now..
my future plan when i finish my degree is i want to further my study to master in medical social work..i hope that my ambition to be a great social workers will come true..just pray for me k..
